Agreement: The programme to be delivered by Exelin Ltd will be detailed with the booking details. By confirmation of delegate booking and/or issuing a
Purchase order number for the programme the Client is deemed to have accepted the terms & conditions in entirety.
Disruption or changes: Programme facilitators and topics although confirmed, may through unforeseen circumstances necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the facilitators, topics, venues, individual programme events/meetings. reserves the right to alter or modify the facilitator, topics and/or dates if circumstances deem performance impossible. Any substitutions or alterations will be notified to the Delegate/s as soon as possible. will endeavour to make the amended arrangement as close to the original contract agreement as they can but exceptions to this may arise. This term does not prejudice the rights of Delegate/s to a full programme as defined in this contract once the programme price has been paid.
Attendance: The Delegate/s nominated at the time of booking will arrive at the correct venue in good time for commencement of presentations, teaching and coaching. Should an unforeseen problem arise which will result in non attendance a message should be left on 0845 608 3838.
Cost: The complete cost of the programme by will be detailed in the booking details.
Payment terms: Payment must be received before a programme commences. A place is not guaranteed until payment is received and acknowledged. Should a company indicate through accepting the terms and conditions that it will be sending a Delegate to a programme and then decides to cancel, reserve the right to levy a £100 administrative charge per Delegate.
Insurance: does not insure Delegates. Employers Liability Insurance should remain with the Client at all times.
Substitution, Postponement and Cancellation: Delegates will be permitted to be substituted prior to the commencement of a programme but only with prior mutual agreement. A substitute may only be nominated prior to the commencement of the programme and not at any subsequent time. In normal circumstances a substitute cannot join after the first programme event has occurred.
If a Delegate starts a programme but is subsequently unable to attend or complete the programme no refund will be given, except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of. However transfer to a later programme within a 12 month period may be considered if such a programme is available.
Cancellation can be made in writing by either side to the contract but must be acknowledged in writing by the other party. In any dispute as to the validity of the cancellation of the agreement evidence of receipt and response would need to be produced.
Providing Funds have been remitted and acknowledged the following Cancellation Charges apply:
More than 15 working days
Cancellation: No Charge
Between 11 and 15 working days
Cancellation: 25% fee
Between 6 and 10 working days
Cancellation: 50% fee
Less than 6 working days
Cancellation: Full feeRecords: Records will be kept by for the purpose of maintaining an accurate and relevant data base. This information may be used:
a) By the Servants or Agents of in execution of their work with the client b) For evaluation purposesc) For use in promotional and case study material

Photographs taken during the programme may be selected for marketing / publicity purposes by. If you object to your photograph being taken or used, please advise the facilitators / organisers prior to commencement of the programme.
Termination: The agreement can be terminated by mutual agreement at any point during the contract term in the following conditions: Unforeseen changes in the Delegate/s circumstances lead to non attendance at the appointed dates
By mutual agreementDisputes: Any dispute arising from this contract will be considered using English Law.
